Erin's World

Have I been busy?  Um, I thnk the answer is yes.  Between the day job and the writing job, the mommy job and the wife job, the daughter job and friend job, and let's not forget the LIFE job, my plate is just a wee bit full.  Fortunately, I'm a lucky lady and I love all my jobs.  :)

Last week I did a book signing at the Barnes & Noble on Val Vista & 60.  If you couldn't make it, they have signed books on the shelves now so stop by and grab one!  To the right is a picture of one of my favorite readers, Nancy J.  Nancy, thanks so much for coming out to see Jennifer Ashley and I!

Next week Jennifer Ashley/Allyson James and I will be signing again.  Come see us:  Saturday, May 15, 2010, 2-4 pm at Borders, Scottsdale - The Waterfront, 7135 E. Camelback Rd,. Scottsdale, AZ 85251, (480) 423-0700

This week started with an outstanding review from The Good, The Bad and The Unread.  They gave Haunting Warrior an A+ which made me one happy writer!  The review begins with "I am just in total awe of Ms. Quinn’s Haunting books. These first two books are some of the best I’ve read in the last year. Her writing has a haunting quality all its own to go along with the titles and the storylines she’s given readers. And her characters, especially the hero of this book, are intricate and simple at the same time. I’m amazed at her talent."  How much better can it get?

Hi Erin!
That is so awesome you are getting such amazing reviews for Haunting Warrior. It is so deserving. You are so deserving of all the praise your getting :).

I wish I was close enough for one of your signings. That would be so unbelievably awesome to meet you!

And Jennifer Ashley! I read her Ian Mackenzie and thought it was a simply amazing love story. Ian was such a unique character.

Hi Amy! thanks for stopping by and for the kudos. :) I am loving the great reviews, I must confess. So much better than the other kind, ha ha.

I wish I was going to be somewhere near you. Next year I'm going to RT so maybe there?

I wish I could do the RT signing again next year, but I believe it's going to be out in LA and that is way too far :(.

I'm hoping that maybe I can attend the RWA signing next year in NYC. I think that's where it's supposed to be. I have a really wonderful reader friend that lives out there, and I've been wanting to meet her. We've talked about next summer and doing that signing together. So maybe then?

With as many author functions as there are, we're bound to meet at one of them! :D
